To start, we first meet with all the stakeholders – everyone and anyone in the organization with a vested interest. The goal is to collaboratively define expectations, and more importantly, look at what you want to accomplish and why. Budget, timeframe, implementation, physical and logical designs, risk assessment, and closeout expectations are all defined. Then our team goes back to the office, sources systems and software as needed and internally collaborates on the overall plan, including specifying the processes and team members that are needed for a successful project completion. A Project Plan with a defined Statement of Work is then prepared for the customer with step-by-step details and benchmarks for the job.
